The Carnival Event, QoL and Latest Version Upgrade - SMP 🎪

Howdy! We have released a new version for SMP! We hope you enjoy it!

### The Carnival 🎡
We have added a new carnival in the spawn, This building will be where all events are hosted, Talk to the Event Master to learn more.

### Chat Games 🎮
We have significantly increased the rewards for Chat Games, There is also a Leader Board for who won the most Events/Chat Games

### Land Marks 🏳️
We have renamed Homes to Land Marks, We noticed that most players use homes for marking important locations, we have also increased the amount of Land Marks (Homes) to 100 for Mythic, Common rank can now buy all 100 slots, Mythic Rank gets it for free

### Bingo 🎲
We heard your feedback, we have adjusted bingo to be easier, and more fair for everyone, Bingo now lasts for 5 days

### Server Guide
We have added a new server guide for newer players to look at features that differ from vanilla/other servers

### QoL  💫
- Added a icon when buying a item from the shop
- Added taxes for the Spawners
- Added a Sell All to Spawners
- Reworked the Auction House to be more player friendly
- Added Taxes to /Pay (This is to encourage players to use the auction house instead of /pay, The auction house has reduced taxes)
- Added more farming areas for new players
- Added a Server Guide
- Added a Promotional NPC for The latest Version
- Added a Tax Bracket in the Your Stats Hologram
- Improved Leaderboards
- Upgraded the Server to 26.2
- Moved Casper to another area
- Spawners now work when you are playing on the Whole Network
- Added a alert when your spawners are full
- Natural Spawners no longer spawn mobs, with the exception of blaze (This change was made to encourage players to use the new Spawners instead of the vanilla spawners.)
- Arrows are now sellable in the shop
- Added a guard to stop from buying if your inventory is full
- Adjusted spawner prices for inflation
- Added a Rotating Shop Category, Currently is Chaos Cube Drop
- Added a setting to toggle music
