SMP Update 1.12.0 - My Net Worth, QoL + Backend changes

Hello, i dont know what to say so here is the patch notes

### My Net Worth
We’ve added /networth. Run the command to calculate your net worth and compete for a spot on the leaderboard.
The command can only be used once per day. Everyone’s net worth is re-calculated after 7PM EST.

### Wanted, Dead or Alive
A New WANTED poster has been added at spawn, displaying the #1 most wanted player in the server.

Changelog:
- You can now multiple quantity of spawners at a time
- Added a new icon for "Buy and Sell", "Shared Landmarks" and "Auction Bots"
- Removed the Night Vision setting
- Replaced 3rd party plugins with internal replacements
- Changed the timer of items despawning to 5 minutes
- a bunch of backend changes
