Hey! We have fixed a bug in the latest SMP update, It affected a small percentage of the player base, if your auction expired you wouldn't be able to claim your items. The items were NOT deleted, everyone who suffered this bug can now rejoin the SMP Game mode and open the auction house to reclaim the items. Thanks.
