Network Rework - Team Prestiges, Party Warping, Best Friends, Chat Channels + and MORE!

Heya! We are so excited to release this new update to you, It's the biggest one so far. We've been working on this update for roughly 
2~ months, Most of the stuff is not visible to you, We have been working a lot behind the scenes to help the network be stable, and we have finally
prepared and deployed it succesfully.

### Team Rework
We gave Teams a fresh new coat of paint, Team's now have levels, You can level up by playing in the server.

Every milestone you hit will reward your whole team with a prestige

Note: We retroactivly gave all teams levels!

### Party and Friends 
With this update we dedicated some time to Party and Friends system

You can now Star ⭐ Friends, basically putting them at the top, We have also overhauled the friends commands to be more compact

You can now warp people in to the gamemode you are!

### Chat Channels
Tired of typing out /partychat every time? We got you, now only do /chat party, and all your messages will be typed into that chat.
